Job Overview
As a Business Development Trainee, you will be directly involved in market expansion and optimizing marketing solutions for clients. With a primary focus on Influencer Marketing, your core responsibility will be to build influencer databases, propose suitable creators, and execute influencer campaigns for clients. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn about and support business development projects across other products and services at Ureka.
Key Responsibilities
Scouting & Proposal Development
- Analyze client briefs thoroughly to define the ideal influencer profile.
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist suitable influencers for campaign collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign concepts and creative content ideas.
Contact Sourcing & Negotiation
- Reach out to creators directly for collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and secure the most cost-effective rates for campaigns.
Data Management
- Continuously update and enrich the company's KOL/KOC database, including: Social media channels, Follower count, Contact information, Content strengths and specialties, Latest pricing and collaboration rates
Campaign Execution
- Monitor campaign implementation and evaluate influencer performance.
- Track market trends and optimize strategies based on campaign data and insights.
Business Development Support
- Learn about and support business development activities across the company's other products and services.
Job Requirements
Platform Knowledge
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Highly aware of social media trends and platform-specific cultures.
- Ability to assess creator quality and identify influencers with strong branding or conversion potential.
Communication Skills
- Strong research and information-gathering skills.
- Excellent written communication skills (Email, Zalo, and other messaging platforms) to effectively engage and coordinate with creators.
Cost Optimization Mindset
- Strong negotiation skills with the confidence to secure the best possible rates for campaigns.
Work Ethic & Professional Attitude
- Hardworking & Persistent: Comfortable reviewing, filtering, and evaluating a large volume of creator profiles on a daily basis.
- Responsible & Deadline-Oriented: Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Committed to meeting campaign deadlines and proactively driving tasks to completion.
- 24/7 Availability Mindset: Willing to accommodate the dynamic nature of the agency and influencer marketing industry. Ready to provide support, handle urgent issues, and respond to time-sensitive messages outside of standard working hours when campaigns are live.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior exposure to or experience in Influencer Marketing is an advantage.
