Job Description:
- Meet sales objectives and initiate business pitches across to clients and agencies.
- Develop market opportunities by identifying client requirement, defining market positioning as well as promoting and introducing new cutting edge product.
- Proactively develop and expand the publisher network, increasing inventory sources and business opportunities.
- Work closely with publisher partners (including international partners) to optimize inventory performance and system operations.
- Work closely with the Media team to create competitive media plans that meet client requirements
- Prepare weekly reports and analyzing sales team performance.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in digital media industry is a must.
- Proven sales track record and strong leadership with excellent and pleasant people communication and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good business acumen, self-driven individual.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to make a difference.
- Energetic, confident and self-motivated.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong command and proficiency of English is a preferable.
- Resilient in problem solving and resourceful in handing challenges.
- Experience in leading Sale of major digital adnetwork, agencies or online publisher is a plus.
- Knowedge of Programmactic and Adnetwork
- Strong Business Development capability with proactive growth mindset.
- Eager to work with international partners and adapt to cross-cultural environments.
