VIB – a Commonwealth Bank invested bank wanted to position itself as the 1st digital bank in the market, providing a seamless digital user friendly experience journey to the consumers. With the fierce competitiveness in the banking industry and limited retail products availability a bank can offer in the market, VIB came up with a range of attractive promotions to attract consumers. The challenge lies on how to out-perform the other competitor and providing a seamless digital experience to the consumers.
