- Organize the production of programs, monitor, and ensure the production plan for Content Video and Livestream.
- Collaborate with well-known KOLs/KOCs in the market during campaign implementation.
- Create content, ideas, and plans, and develop suitable scripts to ensure the final product aligns with the company's and clients' Brand guidelines.
- Manage the quality of Content Video and Livestream, update with new trends, and ensure the channel content aligns with branding and meets the set objectives.
- Actively search for trending and appealing topics related to brand campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and catching trends.
- Contribute/provide continuous new ideas to improve the content and format of team programs.
- Have the opportunity to work directly with various Brands and famous KOLs/KOCs.
- Proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Capcut, etc.
- Being comfortable in front of the camera is a plus.
- Ability to create video scripts and shoot videos.
- Knowledge of lighting setup is an advantage.
- Understand trends, user psychology, and behavior.
- Strong creativity.
- Independent thinking and good teamwork and proactive in work, respecting deadlines and reporting.
- Ability to handle work pressure.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM), first half-day of the first Saturday of the month (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
