uCreate is a product developed by Ureka Media, specializing in executing Influencer Marketing campaigns for brands. We are currently seeking experienced candidates to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Planning Specialist. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic plans for Influencer Marketing campaigns. Preference will be given to candidates with a deep understanding of the Key Opinion Consumers (KOC) market in Vietnam and experience in executing and managing campaigns for various brands. Additionally, candidates should have creative thinking skills and the ability to effectively pitch ideas to brands.
Job Description:
- Develop strategic plans for influencer marketing campaigns that align with goals and target audiences.
- Propose ideas and strategies for brands, demonstrating an understanding of their needs.
- Conduct market research to understand the KOC landscape in Vietnam, including trends and audience preferences.
- Identify and select suitable influencers for campaign collaboration, considering reach and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate campaign ideas and creative content.
- Oversee campaign execution and evaluate their performance.
- Monitor trends and improve strategies based on data.
- Understanding of the Livestream market is an advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Experience in influencer marketing and campaign management.
- Deep understanding of the KOC market in Vietnam.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking and idea pitching ability.
- Good creativity.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, proactive in work, and respect deadlines and reporting regulations.
- Ability to handle work pressure.
