Junior/ Account Executive

Job Description:

  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and needs.
  • Work with cross function team (Creative, Planning, Content...) to develop proposal, quotation and sell to clients as well as execute projects on time and beyond committed quality.
  • Support Account Manager to acquire more prospective clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent.
  • Proven sales track record and strong leadership with excellent and pleasant people communication and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good business acumen, self-driven individual.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to make a difference.
  • Energetic, confident and self-motivated.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong command and proficiency of English is a preferable.
  • Resilient in problem solving and resourceful in handing challenges.
  • Experience in leading Sale of major digital adnetwork, agencies or online publisher is a plus - prefer, not complementary.
  • 1-3 years experience in Digital Marketing (depend position).
  • Preferring to become an intrepreneur, business ambition.
